Faculty and Staff Explore Integrated Psychological Approaches for the Prevention and Management of Musculoskeletal Pain

NCBA&E Alhamra University Bahawalpur successfully organized an awareness seminar for its faculty and staff on the topic “Management of Musculoskeletal Pain & Prevention in Working Individuals through Integrated Psychological Interventions.” The seminar was aimed at promoting workplace well-being and enhancing awareness of the physical and psychological factors associated with musculoskeletal health.

The session was delivered by Ms. Nazia Zafar, Lecturer at Government Sadiq College Women University, Bahawalpur, and PhD Scholar at the University of Management and Technology (UMT), Lahore. Drawing upon her academic expertise and research experience, she provided valuable insights into the causes, impacts, and prevention of musculoskeletal pain among working individuals.

During the seminar, participants gained a deeper understanding of the challenges associated with musculoskeletal disorders, which are among the most common health concerns affecting professionals in modern workplaces.
