Prof. Dr. Muhammad Aslam Adeeb, Pro-Rector, NCBA&E Sub-Campus Bahawalpur, served as a Resource Person for the “Teaching as a Profession” module of the National Faculty Development Program (NFDP) Cohort IX, organized by the National Academy of Higher Education (NAHE), Higher Education Commission (HEC), at the HEC Headquarters, Islamabad, under the Interim Placement of Fresh PhDs (IPFP) initiative.
The session focused on equipping fresh PhD graduates with essential teaching, research, leadership, and professional competencies required for successful academic careers. During the session, Prof. Dr. Adeeb shared his valuable experience and practical insights on effective university teaching, learner-centered pedagogy, and academic excellence.
